Course Content & Path
Before the Course:
Preparation of BELBIN Individual Report for each participant, a BELBIN Working Relationship Report for a random pair of participants, and a BELBIN Team Report for a random selection of participants
Day One: Instructor Led Class Room - Face to Face:
- The nine BELBIN Team Roles – The lingo, framework & methodology
- Internalizing one’s own Belbin individual report, Team Report & the Working Relationship Report. Reflect upon gaps in Self-Observation and Observer Assessment - what does this say about the impact a Team Member has on her or his Customers, and on others in the Cross Functional Sales Teams
- Understanding the BELBIN Team Report of the whole Cross Functional Sales Team, and how it impacts the Customer.
- Stages in the Sales Process, and the Team Role Contributions that are most appropriate to succeed at each stage.
- Experiencing how Team Roles interact with each other in a classroom setting, and discovering appropriate ways of interacting within the sales team, and with Customer Teams, as revealed in a Working Relationship Report
- Case Studies, Discussions, Games that help raise Team Selling effectiveness.
