Reports

Belbin Reports identify which of the nine key clusters of behavior crucial to the success of a team or project individuals prefer, and pinpoint strengths and weaknesses. A variety of different types of Report are available.

To help us identify which combination of the Team Roles a person exhibits, we produce personalised behavioral Reports for both individuals and teams.

The starting point is the Belbin Individual Report which identifies which combination of the nine Team Roles an individual exhibits. To enhance the value of our Individual Reports other people are invited to share their observations too (we call these Observer Assessments) via a quick five-minute online questionnaire. We believe in the value of Observer Assessments so much that we include them for free with every Individual Report.

Once Individuals have their Reports, the information can be used to generate other Belbin Reports, most of which require no additional input from you or your teams.

Individual Reports: An individual report will identify which combination of the nine Team Roles an individual exhibits, and comes full of personalized direction and advice for that individual and for his or her manager. Download a sample here

Team Reports: A Belbin Team Report will identify how groups of Individuals will perform together. In order to generate a Team Report each of the people making up that team will need to have completed a Belbin Individual Report. Once the Individual Reports have been generated, nothing else is needed - the information from the Individual Reports can be used to generate the Belbin Team Report. Download a sample here

Working Relationship Reports: A Belbin Working Relationships Report will highlight the differences between two people, and takes into account their professional relationship. It includes some questions to be considered if those two individuals are working together. To generate a Working Relationships Report, both of the individuals need to have completed an Individual Report, ideally with Observer Assessments. Download a sample here

Job Reports: By completing a Job Requirements questionnaire, a Report is produced that defines that job in terms of Belbin Team Roles. This definition is then matched to the individual being considered for that job, to determine their suitability for the role. This report is perfect when recruiting or for assessment centres.
